Digital Marketing & Website Management: Entry Level Full Time Position

We seek one candidate with expertise and strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and most importantly the daily management of our website which is a fully functioning and growing online sales platform.

The successful candidate would receive intensive training relating to the running of our inventory and website management programs (currently ACE and Shopify, though these could change). In addition, with our help the person would become expert in the technical knowledge of our product lines in support of the marketing effort.

The candidate should have:

·     At a minimum, a knowledge of and affinity for the social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram/Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Pintrest, Reddit, X, etc),

·     Knowledge or experience with any kind of online selling or inventory management software would be a strong plus,

·     Any formal marketing classes or training would be a strong plus,

·     An artistic or photographic portfolio stressing the outdoors, action shots, content related to the western lifestyle or ranching would be a plus,

·     Some connection to ranching, farming, horses and horsemanship, cattle, hunting or fishing, or other agriculture,

·     A positive attitude, work ethic, and enthusiasm for western lifestyle and the work of running a business that caters to this concept will make the successful candidate a key member of our team.

IMPORTANTLY- ability and willingness to analyze date to draw conclusions about effectiveness of advertising.
