What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

• Work 1:1 with children implementing individualized ABA programs
• Collect data and collaborate with BCBAs
• Create joyful, engaging learning experiences
• Support communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Be part of a team that truly supports one another

This is hands-on, active, meaningful work. You will move, play, teach, coach, and celebrate small wins every day.
