Job Description
The Marketing Analyst supports the execution, optimization, and measurement of marketing programs across digital, events, and demand generation channels. This role combines analytical thinking with marketing operations, working cross-functionally with our Marketing and Revenue departments, alongside our consulting agencies, to improve campaign performance, lead quality, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and help optimize marketing lead nurturing programs, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to define and improve Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and execute overarching marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain an evolving understanding of company offerings, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends to promote new and existing products
- Support the Marketing team on event planning efforts, including collaboration with our Revenue Department and C-suite stakeholders on trade conferences and webinars
- Assist the VP of Marketing maintain the Marketing calendar (e.g., events, email campaigns, content schedules), proactively communicating upcoming initiatives to the Revenue department
- Drive social media growth for brand awareness and position the company as an industry leader
- Conduct QA testing and review of digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, marketing content, email campaigns, workflows, and reporting
- Participate in any additional marketing-related projects and responsibilities as assigned
- Help maintain overall data quality within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, working closely with stakeholders in revenue operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
- 0-3 years experience in marketing operations, with a strong desire for learning and growth
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, lean corporate setting
- Ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot), marketing tools and analytics is a plus
- Use of AI in delivering value from the marketing function both in productivity and content quality
- Experience with digital marketing and account based marketing
- Knowledge of different design platforms (e.g., Canva or Shutterstock)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Prior work at a growth technology business in the marketing or revenue operations discipline
Employment Details

- Position Type: Full-Time
- Location: Fully Remote, but with occasional in-person meetings (New York Metropolitan area)
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience $60+K
