Luxury Design & Client Experience Specialist

Luxury Custom Jewelry | Design-Focused | Growth Opportunity

We are a luxury jewelry studio blending traditional craftsmanship with modern CAD design and emerging technology. We are seeking a design-minded professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-integrity environment and wants to grow with a forward-thinking brand.

This is not a typical retail sales position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career in custom jewelry design, client advisory, and luxury experience.

Who You Are

  • Passionate about design, craftsmanship, and aesthetics
  • Educated in CAD, jewelry design, industrial design, or a related creative field
OR equivalent hands-on experience demonstrating technical design ability
  • Confident working directly with clients in a consultative environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems
  • Motivated by excellence, integrity, and ownership

You understand that luxury is about trust, not transactions.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide clients through custom jewelry design consultations
  • Translate client ideas into CAD-based concepts
  • Collaborate with team members on design refinement and production
  • Maintain exceptional follow-up and relationship management
  • Support studio operations and client experience initiatives
  • Participate in weekly strategy and performance meetings

Over time, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of specific operational or design initiatives within the studio.

What We Offer

  • A collaborative, team-driven environment (no hierarchy-heavy structure)
  • Exposure to cutting-edge jewelry technology
  • Direct mentorship from ownership
  • Clear opportunity for growth and expanded responsibility
  • Competitive compensation based on experience

Ideal Background

  • Degree in Jewelry Design, CAD Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or related field
    OR
  • Equivalent portfolio demonstrating CAD proficiency and design competency
  • Prior retail or client-facing experience preferred but not required

A portfolio (digital or physical) is strongly encouraged.
