You'll work directly alongside a mentor who's in the trenches with you. No being handed off to HR. No coffee runs. Real projects, real feedback, real growth.

What you'll work on: — Lead generation strategies and outreach campaigns — Workflow and process automation to help the team operate leaner and faster — Market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions — AI tools and prompt workflows to build smarter systems - AI, AI, AI, AI, AI

You're the right fit if you:

• Are resourceful and self-motivated — you figure things out
• Are genuinely curious about how businesses grow and scale
• Have tinkered with automation tools, AI, or outreach systems (even on your own)
• Are a current student or recent graduate — any major welcome
• Are based in DFW and can work in person
• Want experience you can actually talk about in an interview, not just a title on your resume
