Professional Editor, Video Producer & Content Creator - Dallas Office (Uptown)

 

We're building the media engine at RFP Homes from the ground up — and we need someone who can own the full production process, not just show up after filming is done. RFP Homes is one of the fastest growing Investment Brokerages in the State of Texas with 2 Offices in Fort Worth and Dallas, and 50+ team members. You will get a front row seat in a start up atmosphere. 

 

This is an A-Z content role. You'll be in the room setting up lights and mics, behind the camera capturing it, and at the edit bay turning it into polished, high-performance content. You'll work alongside a small, driven team and have real creative ownership from day one.

 

What you'll own:

Pre-Production & On-Set — Camera operation and shot composition — Lighting setup for podcast, interview, and social content environments — Audio and microphone setup, placement, and monitoring — On-set problem solving and production flow

Post-Production — End-to-end editing in Adobe Premiere Pro — Motion graphics, animated data overlays, and titles in After Effects — Color correction, audio cleanup, and sound design — Short-form cuts for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — Long-form edits for podcast episodes and interview/documentary content

 

You're the right fit if you:

  • Understand production from setup to final export — not just one piece of it
  • Know Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects at a high level
  • Have shot and lit content before — podcast, interview, or social formats
  • Are a current student or recent graduate based in the US
  • Are fast, organized, hungry, and obsessed with your craft
  • Take direct feedback and use it to get better
  • Creative and Adaptable with the times
  • Efficiently with AI  
  • Want to be the best and have massive attention to detail
