Position Summary
Vital Solution is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and culturally responsive Master’s Level Psychotherapist to join our growing clinical team. This position provides virtual outpatient psychotherapy services to diverse individuals, families, and couples across Pennsylvania.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish-English), committed to evidence-based practices, and passionate about delivering accessible and culturally competent mental health care.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and/or couples psychotherapy via secure telehealth platform
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards
Implement evidence-based interventions (CBT, trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, etc.)
Monitor client progress and update treatment goals as needed
Collaborate with psychiatrists, schools, medical providers, and community partners when appropriate
Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and agency policies
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
Eligible for or holding Pennsylvania licensure (LPC, LSW, LAC, LMFT, or license-eligible)
Resident of Pennsylvania
Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
Experience providing psychotherapy services (internship or professional experience accepted)
Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
Comfortable providing services via telehealth platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with diverse and multicultural populations
Training in trauma-informed care
Experience with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or family systems
Knowledge of Pennsylvania behavioral health systems and insurance documentation
