Entry-Level Personal Trainer - Part-Time
Job Description Role and Responsibilities
- Provide one to one or one to multiple client training sessions
- Provide advice, motivation, and encouragement for each client
- Demonstrate each exercise and ensure the clients are performing their exercise routines in a safe and effective manner.
- Effectively manage appointments and be punctual for each session.
- Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date notes on client training sessions, including both training programs and assessments.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer or Undergraduate in Relevant Field
- Certified in CPR and AED
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a personal trainer
- Ability to work and train clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds
- Strong Communication Skills -Clearly, Effectively, and Positively communicate instructions, proper exercise modification, and challenge clients to achieve their fitness and health goals.
- Possess ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
- A dedication to maintaining personal integrity, client confidentiality, and professional standards for best practice.
- Outstanding organization skills and demonstrated reliability in managing client scheduling calendar
- Must be coachable and able to receive, as well as quickly implement feedback

- Must be available to work early mornings and/or evenings and/or weekends
