PrimeTime Partnership Agency is expanding and seeking a Director of Baseball & Softball Partnerships to build and lead our diamond sports vertical from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing agency at a foundational stage and help develop a national NIL division focused on collegiate baseball and softball athletes.

You will work directly with high level college athletes across the United States to secure strategic NIL brand partnerships, while also having opportunities to collaborate on broader athlete representation across additional sports.

This is more than a position. It is an opportunity to build a vertical, create national brand relationships, and establish long term upside as the agency scales.

Compensation Structure

• 30% split on company profits from initial deals you originate
• 25% on residual company profits from renewals and extensions
• 20% account management commission
• Up to 5% recruiting bonus on athletes or brand relationships you introduce to the agency

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure NIL brand partnerships for collegiate baseball and softball athletes
• Build relationships with equipment brands, performance apparel companies, training facilities, nutrition companies, local and national businesses, and emerging consumer brands
• Generate consistent outbound deal flow across conferences and universities nationwide
• Manage and grow brand accounts
• Identify and recruit high potential baseball and softball athletes
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long term diamond sports strategy

Ideal Candidate

• Background in Baseball or Softball, preferably at the collegiate level
• Strong understanding of recruiting pipelines, showcase circuits, and collegiate programs
• Existing network within college baseball or softball programs preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building within a startup agency environment
• Ability to operate independently within a flexible structure
