PrimeTime Partnership Agency is expanding and seeking a Director of Spirit Squad Partnerships to build and lead our Spirit vertical from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing agency at a foundational stage and help shape a national NIL division focused on gymnasts, cheerleaders, and collegiate dance team athletes.
You will work directly with high level collegiate athletes across the United States to secure strategic NIL brand partnerships, while also having opportunities to collaborate on broader athlete representation across additional sports.
This is more than a position. It is an opportunity to build a category, create national relationships, and establish long term upside as the agency scales.
Compensation Structure
• 30% split on company profits from initial deals you originate
• 25% on residual company profits from renewals and extensions
• 20% account management commission
• Up to 5% recruiting bonus on athletes or brand relationships you introduce to the agency

Responsibilities
• Develop and secure NIL brand partnerships for gymnasts, cheerleaders, and collegiate dance team members
• Build relationships with national and regional brands aligned with Spirit athletes including apparel, performance wear, wellness, lifestyle, and emerging consumer products
• Create consistent outbound brand deal flow across multiple conferences and universities
• Manage and grow brand accounts
• Identify and recruit high potential Spirit athletes nationwide
• Collaborate with executive leadership on national Spirit vertical strategy
Ideal Candidate
• Background in Cheer, Gymnastics, or Collegiate Dance
• Strong understanding of the Spirit community culture and recruiting landscape
• Existing network within collegiate cheer, gymnastics, or dance programs preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building within a startup agency environment
• Ability to operate independently within a flexible structure
This is a part time, flexible opportunity designed for a motivated Spirit industry professional who wants meaningful upside and the ability to help build something nationally from the ground level.
