Compensation: $28/hour (Certified RBTs) + mileage reimbursement outside a 30-mile radius

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to provide direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA.

We are hiring:

• Current Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Individuals interested in becoming RBTs

This opportunity is ideal for students or graduates in:
Psychology • Education • Special Education • Social Work • Child Development • Behavioral Science • or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards
• Collaborate effectively with families and supervisors

Requirements for Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interest in psychology, education, behavioral science, social work, child development, or related field
• Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training
• Willingness to complete the competency assessment and pass the RBT exam
• Commitment to working under BCBA supervision

• Be able to pass background screening requirements
• Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills
• Have a genuine passion for working with children
