Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Barista role located in Essex Junction, VT.  The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food items in a professional and efficient manner. Day-to-day tasks will include brewing coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, restocking supplies, and ensuring a positive customer experience by delivering excellent service. The Barista will also handle customer orders, process payments, and assist in promoting menu items.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities to provide excellent interactions with customers and team members
• Experience in Barista tasks, including preparing coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• Customer Service skills providing attentive, friendly, and professional service
• Knowledge of Food Preparation and proper safety practices in handling food and beverages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to customer needs
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent is an advantage
