Job Summary
Museum of Illusions Dallas is seeking enthusiastic and guest focused Illusion Experts to join our team. Illusion Experts are the face of the museum and play a key role in creating a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, explaining exhibits, and working in a fast paced, experience driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming first impression
• Explain illusions and exhibits in an engaging and easy to understand way
• Assist guests with taking photos and achieving the best illusion effects
• Monitor exhibit areas to ensure guest safety and proper use of exhibits
• Support daily operations including opening, closing, and general upkeep
• Assist with group visits, school groups, and special events as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional museum environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent guest experiences

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking to individuals and groups of all ages
• Positive attitude with a team oriented mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to stand and move throughout the museum for extended periods
• Customer service, hospitality, or museum experience is a plus but not required

Schedule and Availability
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Flexible scheduling including mornings and evenings
• Part time and full time opportunities may be available
