Operations & Growth Manager | College Planning Center | Irving, TX Part-Time ยท ~20 hrs/week ยท Growth path to full-time
Not your typical part-time gig.
This is a leadership role from day one. You'll run operations, drive enrollment, plan community events, and coach a small team, all in a mission-driven environment helping students and families navigate the college planning process.
What you'll own:
- Local outreach, partnerships, and lead generation (target: 15โ20 qualified leads/month)
- Family consultations and enrollment conversion
- Monthly workshops, FAFSA nights, and community events
- Team check-ins, advisor support, and new hire onboarding
- CRM tracking and weekly performance reporting
You're a fit if you:
