Key Responsibilities-

Advanced Analysis and Decision Making

  • Perform complex analytical tasks requiring critical thinking and sound judgment.
  • Evaluate course workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Provide solution-oriented recommendations to instructional designers and instructors.

Course Logs and Dashboard Management

  • Maintain and regularly update course logs and project dashboards.
  • Track milestones, revisions, and quality assurance issues across projects.
  • Identify trends and risks in courses remediation priority list.

AI Research and Innovation

  • Research and test AI tools to improve frameworks and internal processes.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of AI solutions and recommend implementation strategies.

Course-Level Administrative Support

  • Audit and remediate course content in the LMS.
  • Flag issues related to structure, accessibility, formatting, and assessments.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and LMS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to effectively prioritize work.
  • Experience working with generative AI tools, including developing and refining prompts to support workflows and improve outcomes.
