We are currently hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates to join our growing team in Ironton. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing, production, or supply chain operations.

Selected candidates may be placed in roles such as General Assembler, Wirer, Brazer, Machine Operator I, Material Handler, or Inventory Coordinator based on business needs and individual skills.

No extensive prior experience required — we provide training!

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or GED

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35–50 lbs

Basic math and reading skills

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred (not required):

Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or trade school experience

Experience using hand tools or basic machinery

Forklift experience (for material handling roles)
