Pay: $18-$23/hr.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

Project Details:  

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our Learning & Development Team this summer. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in talent review preparation and contribute to the leadership learning modules for the organization’s Development Toolkit. This includes organizing and formatting content, building presentation-based learning materials, and assisting with basic multimedia elements such as AI-generated voiceovers. The role will also involve maintaining and updating resources within SharePoint to ensure materials are accessible and up to date. 

• Organize and format content for leadership learning materials. 
• Build presentation-based training modules using PowerPoint or Google Slides. 
• Assist with basic multimedia elements, including AI-generated voiceovers. 
• Maintain and update resources in SharePoint to ensure accessibility and accuracy. 

Qualifications and Skills

Education  

• Attending a four-year college or university to attain a degree in Business, Communications, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field; or already awarded bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.  

Required Skills  

• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides. 
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills. 
• Basic experience with SharePoint or similar file-sharing platforms. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint) 
• Comfort learning simple multimedia tools (e.g., AI voiceover generators). 

Skills  

Language Skills  

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.  
• Ability to make effective presentations on complex topics to plant management and other stakeholders.  

Mathematical Skills  

• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.  

Reasoning Ability  

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
