Job description:

• Entry-level manufacturing opportunity in a fast-paced production environment
• Open to recent trade school graduates or candidates with a GED / High School Diploma
• No prior manufacturing experience required – training provided
• Assist with assembly, wiring, machine operation, or fabrication tasks
• Use basic hand tools and measuring instruments
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Perform basic quality checks on finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required
• Electrical background or exposure to hand tools preferred
• Manufacturing or shop floor experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to required limits
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
