Position Overview:
The Admissions Assistant supports daily admissions and enrollment operations, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and organized experience for prospective families. This role manages application processing, interview coordination, CRM updates, and cross-department communication to facilitate a seamless transition from admission to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to prospective family inquiries via phone/email/WeChat
- Track leads and schedule tours, interviews, and assessments
- Collect and review application documents; follow up on missing items
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/SIS (e.g., Blackbaud, Google Sheets)
- Assist with admissions decisions and enrollment communications
- Support Open House and recruitment events
- Coordinate internally with Registrar, Business Office, Academic, and Counseling teams to ensure complete and accurate enrollment handoff
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in education, school administration or student services roles.(Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and service mindset
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Experience supporting I-20/SEVIS processes
