Are you a proven door-to-door sales professional ready to maximize your earning potential?

If not, that is okay! Revolution Solar is seeking experienced and non-experienced Field Canvassers to support our elite field sales team in one of the hottest solar markets.

We are one of the best reviewed installers in the DC-Maryland area and we specialize in working with underserved communities in Maryland & Washington, DC.

THE ROLE:

As a Field Program Subscriber, you'll have the autonomy to:

  • Manage your territory using our proven field sales strategies
  • Conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing with experienced team members.
  • Convert high-value opportunities through our efficient subscription process.
  • Work with a support team to close deals on-site with our streamlined 2-page Agreement.

WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:

  • Provide DC and Maryland homeowners with No-Cost Solar, drastically reducing their electric bills and freeing up their budget.
  • Generate substantial income through our rewarding 1099 compensation structure.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with 24-hour response times.
  • Build a sustainable book of business through a referral network.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven success in door-to-door or field sales.

  • Independent work ethic with team player mindset.
  • Availability Monday-Friday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) with high-earning Saturday mornings possible.
  • Have personal transportation.

Full time residence in Prince George's County, surrounding Washington, DC a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
