About the Position:

Under the general direction of the Deputy Inspector General (CEA B), the Supervisor II serves as the Chief of Administration for the IOAI. This role involves strategic planning, policy development, and administration to support agency goals. The position oversees human resources, budget and resource management, contracts and procurement, labor relations, training, publications, facilities, health and safety, asset management, and financial document reviews. The Supervisor II advises executive leadership on business operations, budget, logistics, and administrative strategy; ensures compliance with laws and policies; and manages supervisors. The incumbent is the IOAI’s technical expert on complex, sensitive, and confidential administrative matters.
