About the Role
The Implementation & Operations Specialist ensures rescues are successfully onboarded, supported, and fully operational inside GetBuddy Pro. This is a highly organized, detail-oriented role focused on onboarding coordination, data entry, CRM management, and rescue communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead rescue onboarding and guide partners through account setup
- Map and review adoption applications before go-live
- Perform structured data entry (pets, medical records, contacts, applications)
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records
- Monitor and respond to inquiries
- Track implementation → onboarding → activation progress
- Follow up with rescues to ensure successful launch and engagement
- Support integration setup and track connection status
Qualifications
- 1+ years in operations, onboarding, or customer support
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working in CRM systems
- Clear, professional communicator
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
