AI Enablement & Agentic Automation Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally talented, high-achieving student or recent graduate with a demonstrated passion for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to help lead AI adoption and innovation within our organization.
This is a high-impact role designed for a top academic performer (1400+ SAT or 31+ ACT, 3.7+ GPA from a leading university) who is deeply interested in AI — whether through formal work experience, research, startups, or personal projects.
You will serve as our internal Automation Specialist, AI strategist, researcher, implementation lead, and trainer — responsible for identifying best-in-class AI platforms, designing practical workflows, and enabling employees (including executive leadership) to use AI effectively to enhance productivity, decision-making, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agentic Automation & System Design
- Build and maintain AI agents capable of planning, tool-calling, and executing multi-step tasks.
- Implement RAG and grounding strategies for internal knowledge.
- Use Azure OpenAI Assistants or similar frameworks.
- Implement reliability patterns: failover logic, monitoring, and evaluation.
2. AI Platform Enablement
- Partner with IT to manage model access, security controls, app integrations, and cost visibility.
- Integrate AI capabilities across Microsoft 365 and internal systems.
- Maintain templates, workflows, prompts, and internal tools.
3. Workflow Automation & Integrations
- Identify process bottlenecks and redesign workflows using AI + automation tools.
- Build internal automations with Copilot Studio or other similar tools.
- Prototype quickly, validate with business partners, and iterate.
4. Evangelism & Employee Enablement
- Run trainings, workshops, and playbooks to drive company-wide adoption.
- Coach employees, including senior executives, one-on-one on practical AI usage, safe prompting patterns, and workflow redesign.
- Maintain an internal knowledge hub of best practices.
5. Governance, Risk, and Responsible AI
- Help craft and maintain internal AI usage policies: data security, confidentiality boundaries, safety, compliance.
- Implement prompt safety patterns and audit trails.
- Partner with Legal/Compliance as needed.
6. Research, Experimentation & Forward Strategy
- Stay on top of emerging AI tools, models, and automation frameworks.
- Run test, evaluate feasibility, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Publish concise internal recommendations for leadership.
- Track emerging trends in AI (agents, multimodal systems, automation frameworks, industry-specific AI solutions) and recommend long-term AI strategies aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
Academic Excellence
- 1400+ SAT (or equivalent ACT)
- 3.7+ GPA from a top-tier university
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
- Extremely detail oriented
Technical & AI Interest
- Demonstrated passion for AI and emerging technologies
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation platforms, data tools)
- Experience building personal AI projects, automations, or research initiatives preferred
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design
- Familiarity with APIs, scripting, or no-code automation tools is a plus
