Nickelodeon Asset Library & Archive Intern

The Nickelodeon Asset Library & Archive Team manages the digital and physical collections of work produced by and for Nickelodeon Animation. We manage source material deliveries from vendors and productions teams for Nick Animation, Podcast, and Digital Studios. We service requests and asset sourcing for production teams and many internal Nick and Paramount teams. We work closely with Paramount legal teams, GCG (Global Creative Group), CP (Consumer Products), and other Paramount brands.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Catalog assets - including, but not limited to - production artwork, legacy media, stop-motion puppets, and some born-digital assets
  • Re-house, label, and prepare materials for long-term storage
  • Create and update database records to track content and information
  • Digitize original artwork and ingest to Nick’s Digital Asset Management system in accordance with established standards
  • Additional projects related to the preservation of archival collections
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
