We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one home health care in Blacksburg, VA and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a therapist who values quality care, autonomy, and real patient connections—not productivity quotas and burnout culture.

You’ll work directly with patients in their homes, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence, while being supported by a responsive clinical and leadership team.
