🎯 Position Overview

The Revenue Operations Intern (RevOps) helps build and maintain the systems that keep USAEV’s revenue engine running—across Sales, Marketing, Sponsorships, NIL programs, Publishing, and Digital Platforms.

This is a systems, analytics, and workflow design role, ideal for students who want to understand how modern media companies structure revenue, automate processes, and align cross‑functional teams.

This is not a direct sales role. It is an operations, data, and strategy internship that supports the infrastructure behind revenue generation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize sales, sponsorship, and partnership pipelines within the CRM
  • Support revenue dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Document and improve revenue workflows and operational processes
  • Assist with CRM automation, follow‑up sequencing, and data hygiene
  • Analyze revenue performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Coordinate cross‑department alignment between Sales, Marketing, Sponsorship, NIL, and Operations
  • Maintain standardized documentation for revenue systems and processes

These responsibilities directly support USAEV’s mission by ensuring our teams have the clarity, structure, and data needed to elevate creators, partners, and youth‑centered media initiatives.

🕒 Required Availability

Interns must attend core team meetings:

  • Monday — 9:00 AM MST
  • Wednesday — 10:00 AM MST
  • Friday — 8:00 AM MST

SkillBridge participants also attend:

  • Thursday — 9:00 AM MST

📘 Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, MIS, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and digital tools
  • Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
  • Interest in sports, entertainment, media, technology, or SaaS environments

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with any CRM platform
  • Understanding of sales pipelines or marketing funnels
  • Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools, or analytics
  • Interest in operations, revenue strategy, or business systems
