Student Office Associate - Spring 2026 & Summer 2026 - Work Study or Regular Pay
Join our vibrant Continuing Education Services (CES) team as a Student Office Associate! You’ll be the friendly face and voice of our events, providing exceptional support to students, faculty, and guests. Student Office Associates can grow within the department after 1-2 semesters in the entry level role.
What we’re looking for: Spring & Summer Employment
- Interact with internal and external event stakeholders via email, phone and in-person
- Greet families and participants during onsite check-ins
- Support the planning, execution and closeout of on-campus events (Spoiler: We host over 10,000 individuals annually through CES)
- Team collaboration with fellow student employees and professional staff
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with urgent deadlines, flexible priorities and multiple assignments
- Ability to interact respectfully with people from diverse cultural, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Willingness and ability to be an active participant in following applicable safety rules and regulations including necessary training and drills
- Ability to lift and carry 40lbs, on occasion
- Some weekend and evening work is requested

Anticipated Hours:
- Goal Start April 1, 2026
- Summer & Spring Semester Openings
- Summer and Break positions are available with up to 40 hours/week, including night and weekend work as needed
