Financial Broker

We are a growing Miami-based financial services firm that provides working capital solutions to small businesses throughout the United States. We are currently seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Financial Brokers.

This position is well suited for students or recent graduates interested in developing practical experience in finance, business development, and client relationship management within a structured, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview

The Financial Broker will communicate with business owners nationwide to present funding solutions and guide them through the application process. This role provides hands-on experience in financial services, consultative sales, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with small business owners via phone and email to discuss funding options
  • Educate clients on available financial solutions and application requirements
  • Assist with completing and submitting funding applications
  • Verify, organize, and upload required documentation accurately
  • Maintain detailed client records within company CRM systems
  • Conduct professional follow-ups to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members in a structured office environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Previous experience in sales, finance, or customer service is helpful but not required. Training is provided.
