This position is well suited for students or recent graduates interested in developing practical experience in finance, business development, and client relationship management within a structured, team-oriented environment.
Position Overview
The Financial Broker will communicate with business owners nationwide to present funding solutions and guide them through the application process. This role provides hands-on experience in financial services, consultative sales, and client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with small business owners via phone and email to discuss funding options
- Educate clients on available financial solutions and application requirements
- Assist with completing and submitting funding applications
- Verify, organize, and upload required documentation accurately
- Maintain detailed client records within company CRM systems
- Conduct professional follow-ups to ensure a smooth client experience
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines
- Collaborate with team members in a structured office environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Previous experience in sales, finance, or customer service is helpful but not required. Training is provided.
