Lead Early Childhood Teacher

What You’ll Do:
Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging educational and recreational activities
Manage the daily operations of your assigned classroom
Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing environment
Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress
Collaborate with fellow teachers to create engaging curriculum experiences
Maintain classroom ratios and uphold high standards of care and safety
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
CDA credential (preferred)
1–2 years of experience (preferred)
Completion of state-required pre-service training
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required for child safety and care
Must meet background check requirements
Compensation:
$18.00–$20.00 per hour
