This opportunity is designed for recent or upcoming college graduates who want to launch a professional career in business and sales. A top priority in this role will be obtaining your Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (with full agency support and paid training).
No prior insurance experience is required. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, support client accounts, and build the foundation to grow into Account Management, Producer/Sales, or Leadership roles over time.
Ideal Background
- Recent or upcoming college graduate strongly encouraged to apply
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Internship, campus leadership, retail, hospitality, banking, or other client-facing experience welcomed
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Motivated to pursue an Insurance Producer license (agency support provided)
- Interested in building a long-term, commission-based earning career path
What You’ll Do
- Support and manage existing client accounts
- Assist with policy updates, renewals, and billing inquiries
- Work alongside senior team members to review coverage options
- Build professional client relationships that support retention and growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication
- Complete licensing requirements and develop into a client-facing Producer role
- Continue building knowledge of insurance products and industry best practices
