Market Research Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Market Research Analyst to support our expansion into the US aromatherapy and personal care (hair & body) category. The candidate will play a key role in understanding consumer needs and market opportunities, identifying trends, benchmarking competition, and uncovering strategic insights that inform product positioning and business decisions.

 

Requirements-

1. Market research – scan the aromatherapy and personal care (hair + body) spaces in the US: a. Consumer research – draft consumer questionnaires, reach out to consumers via online recruitment portals, run surveys / telephonics. b. Offline – check stores (target list to be shared) to benchmark brands, assortments, pricing. 

2. Compile a full fledged research document that shows landscape, consumer perceptions and preferences for us and competition, gaps
