Content Creator Intern

Internship Opportunity: Content Creator & Social Strategist

Location: Miami, FL, onsite with site visits

Type: Part-Time Internship (Flexible/School-Schedule Friendly)

Duration: [6-16] Weeks

About the Role

Are you obsessed with what makes content go viral? Do you want to see how a professional production team actually works? We aren't looking for a social media manager who just schedules posts; we are looking for a storyteller.

This internship is designed for students who want to bridge the gap between creative passion and professional production. You will be working in the trenches with our cinematographers, editors, and marketing leads to conceptualize, film, and deliver content that stops the scroll. Because we know you have classes, we are happy to work around your school schedule.

The Program Structure

You won't be flying solo immediately. We believe in mentorship, not sink-or-swim. We guide you through three distinct phases:

Phase 1: Shadowing & Immersion: You’ll shadow our production team on shoots, sit in on content strategy meetings with our Marketing Director, and learn our editorial workflow. You'll learn how we bridge the gap between "cool video" and "content that actually converts."

Phase 2: Collaborative Creation: You’ll join the production team on real projects. You’ll assist with brainstorming, drafting captions, managing community engagement (responding to comments/DMs), and helping our editors polish the final delivery. You’ll see exactly how your input impacts the final product.

Phase 3: The Capstone Pitch: You will own a final, comprehensive content project. You’ll be responsible for the creative direction, delivery, and—most importantly—the packaging. You will present this project as a formal pitch deck that includes your creative brief, audience strategy, and analytics.

Why This is a "Career-Starter"

When you leave this internship, you won’t just have a bullet point on your resume. You will have a ready-to-present Pitch Deck containing a real-world campaign you built. This portfolio piece is designed to be the "golden ticket" you show future employers to prove you understand strategy, production, and engagement.

What You’ll Bring

A "Camera-Ready" Attitude: You understand the nuances of different platforms (e.g., why TikTok pacing is different from LinkedIn).

Adaptability: You are comfortable working with a team of professionals—from cinematographers to the Marketing Director—and taking constructive feedback on your creative choices.

Community Awareness: You know that content isn't just posted; it's engaged with. You have a knack for responding to comments in a way that builds community.

Reliability: You communicate clearly, especially when balancing your school workload.

How to Apply

We want to see your creative voice, not just your resume. Send us your resume and a link to one piece of content you created (or a reel of your work) that you are most proud of. In your email, tell us: If you could change one thing about our current social media presence, what would it be and why?
