Position Summary:

Aspire of Muscatine is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services on a PRN basis. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions designed to restore function, enhance independence, and improve overall quality of life in a skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Address ADLs, functional mobility, strength, coordination, and cognitive skills

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home strategies

Qualifications:

Active Iowa OT license

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Skilled nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
