Human Resources Intern

  • Redesign the interview schedule template to enhance professional branding and ensure administrative clarity for candidates and interviewers
  • Review and refine offer letter templates to ensure legal consistency, clarity of terms and alignment with company standards
  • Shadow recruitment intake sessions to identify operational bottlenecks and provide recommendations for workflow improvements
  • Audit existing job descriptions and start transitioning to the LTS template
  • Design and execute structured interviews for recent hires to assess the recruitment and onboarding journey
  • Conduct feedback interviews or surveys with hiring managers to evaluate the effectiveness of current recruitment initiatives, including sourcing and scheduling efficiency.
  • Develop promotional collateral for the Employee referral program to increase program visibility and engagement across the site
  • Actively source a pipeline of at least 10 qualified candidates for open positions, manager interview coordination and facilitate the feedback loop with hiring manager
  • Other duties as assigned
