📋 Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and organized General Affairs (GA) Specialist to join our administrative team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in corporate operations, facility management, and ESG initiatives within a global manufacturing environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Assist in managing workplace facilities, corporate assets, and office procurement.

Employee Relations: Support employee welfare programs and help coordinate corporate events and activities.

Operational Excellence: Handle fleet management, service contracts, and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Compliance & ESG: Support business permits, licensing, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data management.

Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and Production teams to support the company’s expansion.

✅ What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

Education: Recent graduate with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

Language: Bilingual (English/Korean) proficiency is required for professional communication and documentation.

Key Traits: * Exceptional organizational skills and a "can-do" attitude.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

High level of responsibility and attention to detail.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship and OPT support are available for qualified candidates).
