Speech Language Pathologist

School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

 

Location: Wooster and Mansfield, OH

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Responsibilities:

As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist with EJ Therapy, you will suport students in developing communication skills that enable them to participate successfully in classroom and school activities. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Evaluating and treating a wide variety of communication needs, including expressive and receptive language delays, Apraxia, articulation, phonological disorders, stuttering and social communication challenges
  • Supporting students who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
  • Participating in the development and implementation of Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Counseling families on how to address any communication delays and disorders
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and therapy records

 

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license or eligiblity to obtain one
  • Knowledge of Speech Pathology principles

Education:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

 

Experience:

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
