Responsibilities:
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist with EJ Therapy, you will suport students in developing communication skills that enable them to participate successfully in classroom and school activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and treating a wide variety of communication needs, including expressive and receptive language delays, Apraxia, articulation, phonological disorders, stuttering and social communication challenges
- Supporting students who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
- Participating in the development and implementation of Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
- Counseling families on how to address any communication delays and disorders
- Maintaining accurate documentation and therapy records
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license or eligiblity to obtain one
- Knowledge of Speech Pathology principles

Education:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
