Transactional Legal Intern

Croessmann & Westberg, P.C. is a construction law firm located in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Currently seeking a rising 3L to fill the paid and in person internship that is opening on the transactional side of the firm, beginning in May of 2026. Experience will be gained in construction contracts, business entity creation, as well as will and estate planning. The position is full time in the summer transitioning to part-time during the school year. In the fall of 2026, the internship will continue as a 3 day per week in person commitment.
