Photographers Graduation Ceremonies
GradImages®, a division of Balfour & Co., is seeking dependable, energetic individuals to join our team as Photographers for graduation events in and around [City/Region, State].
📍 All candidates will first complete a brief phone interview.
Qualified applicants will then be invited to an in-person interview locally between March and April.
Each area will have a set interview date on either a Saturday or Sunday. Applicants will be contacted with their scheduled date, time, and location.

Photographers typically earn $90+ per event
Events generally last 3–4 hours
Mileage, tolls, and parking fees are reimbursed
Our Peak Seasons
Events are busiest during:
April – June
November – December
Open or flexible availability during these months is strongly preferred.
Graduation events are often on weekends, but not always.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, professional demeanor
Strong time management and communication skills
Reliable transportation to events (mileage reimbursed)
At least 1 year of DSLR camera experience
🚨 Dress Code Requirements (Mandatory)
Because we work directly with graduates and faculty, a professional appearance is required by our client schools.
✔ Conservative business suit required
✔ Dark colors only (to keep focus on the graduates)
✔ Hair must be natural-looking, clean, and neatly styled
✖ No unkempt hair or non-traditional hair colors
✖ No facial piercings
✖ Tattoos must be completely covered at all times
Failure to meet dress code requirements may result in removal from scheduled events.
Photographer Responsibilities
- Use Nikon DSLR equipment (provided)
- Capture high-quality portraits and candid images
- Set up and break down photography equipment
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth event flow
- No photo editing or post-processing required
