Conference Call Coordinator - Virtual Meeting Specialist
Part-time - Conference Coordinator - Pay: $17-18+ per hour

Position Summary:
The company provides high-touch virtual meetings and conferencing support for distinguished clientele and organizations. This role supports and manages these live and scheduled virtual meetings in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service during live and scheduled conference calls
- Support callers experiencing technical issues; troubleshoot and escalate as needed
- Prepare and manage conferences to ensure accuracy, security, and successful execution
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination
- Monitor details carefully and anticipate potential issues before they arise
- Complete all post-conference documentation and reporting accurately and on time
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information
- Participate in training and follow established procedures and service standards
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
Associate's or Bachelors degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of experience working in call center or customer service role in an office environment (experience working in a professional, fast-paced environment, preferred)
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask under deadlines
- Quick learner comfortable with technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, friendly
- Professional and dependable work style
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to follow processes and ensure accuracy.
- Technical proficiency with MS Office suite preferred
Schedule Expectations
This is a part-time role (10 hours minimum & up to 20-24 hours weekly, depends on the volume of conference calls). Reliable attendance and availability are most essential during scheduled meetings.
