Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities and efficiencies of employees in a manufacturing and distribution work environment for the assembly and distribution of set-top boxes
- Review productivity of employees daily for accuracy and compliance with established procedures, and determine workload for team members
- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow
- Study and standardize procedures to improve the efficiency of our operators
- Trace the history of unresolved issues to determine reasons for errors or needed corrections and recommend remedial actions to resolve discrepancies
- Other responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Conduct daily and weekly meetings with team members
- Capable of performing all job duties of direct reports at a high level of proficiency
- Directly responsible for exempt/non-exempt staff, and responsible for the performance of subordinates
- Provide leadership to a manufacturing/ distribution team and promote employee engagement

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED
- Leadership experience preferred in a manufacturing/warehouse, retail, and/or food service environment
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP Systems is required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/YearBenefits
