Line Cook
Iron Skillet Restaurant, located inside Kenly 95 Petro Travel Center, is hiring experienced and motivated Line Cooks to join our high-volume, full-service restaurant kitchen.

Requirements
Line Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and portion standards
- Work assigned stations such as grill, sauté, breakfast, or prep
- Execute orders accurately in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers to ensure efficient service
- Assist with prep work, inventory awareness, and restocking supplies
- Comply with all health department and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Line Cook, Kitchen Cook, or Restaurant Cook
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Experience in a high-volume or full-service restaurant preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
