Business Operations Intern
Position Summary
The General Intern provides flexible administrative support across multiple departments within the organization. This role is designed to offer hands-on exposure to a professional office and manufacturing environment while assisting with essential administrative tasks, documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
This is a six (6) month internship assignment, with the opportunity for extension based on performance, business needs, and overall fit within the organization.
This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to gain practical business experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as assigned
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance
- Organize, scan, and file electronic and physical documentation
- Support report preparation using spreadsheets and business systems
- Help maintain trackers, logs, and internal documentation systems
- Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling, and note-taking
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Communicate professionally with team members across departments
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
