Brand Partnerships and Sponsorship Intern

Position Description

The Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Intern will play a key role in driving the growth of in·reach by identifying, researching, and securing aligned brand collaborations for events and retreats. This role focuses on partnership development, sponsorship outreach, and relationship management within a fast-growing luxury wellness startup.

The selected candidate will work directly with the founder to build and manage a structured brand partnership pipeline, gaining hands-on exposure to real business development strategy.

 

Expected Responsibilities

  • Research and identify aligned wellness, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands for collaboration
  • Build and maintain a structured sponsorship outreach database
  • Draft customized outreach emails and manage follow-up communication
  • Track partnership pipeline and manage responses professionally
  • Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals and brand decks
  • Support execution of sponsor deliverables before and after events

 

Required Skills

  • Strong professional written communication
  • Research and analytical ability
  • Confidence with cold outreach and follow-ups
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Canva proficiency is a plus

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student
  • Major in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Available 10–15 hours per week
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Interest in luxury, wellness, and experiential brands

Academic Credit

This internship is eligible for academic credit. Students are responsible for coordinating credit approval with their university.
