🍎 What You’ll Do
As our Kindergarten Teacher, you will:
- Create a classroom environment that fosters joy, safety, and belonging
- Deliver district-approved curriculum through engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction
- Design lessons that include hands-on learning, small group instruction, and individualized supports
- Establish clear learning goals and monitor student progress
- Maintain strong communication with families through conferences and ongoing outreach
- Foster positive student behavior and classroom routines
- Collaborate with colleagues, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Participate in Professional Learning Communities and building initiatives
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Wisconsin DPI certification in Elementary/Middle Level Education (K-6) required
- Strong instructional knowledge and classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Growth mindset, flexibility, and commitment to professional learning

7:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday during the school year

Compensation will be determined based on qualifications.
