Kindergarten Teacher

The Marshfield School District is seeking an enthusiastic, student-centered Kindergarten Teacher to join the dedicated team at Grant Elementary School. 🍎 What You’ll Do

As our Kindergarten Teacher, you will:

  • Create a classroom environment that fosters joy, safety, and belonging
  • Deliver district-approved curriculum through engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction
  • Design lessons that include hands-on learning, small group instruction, and individualized supports
  • Establish clear learning goals and monitor student progress
  • Maintain strong communication with families through conferences and ongoing outreach
  • Foster positive student behavior and classroom routines
  • Collaborate with colleagues, paraprofessionals, and support staff
  • Participate in Professional Learning Communities and building initiatives

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Wisconsin DPI certification in Elementary/Middle Level Education (K-6) required
  • Strong instructional knowledge and classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Growth mindset, flexibility, and commitment to professional learning

đź•’ Building Hours

7:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday during the school year

Compensation will be determined based on qualifications.
