About the Role
Employee Plans Services (EPS) is seeking a high-caliber Business Operations Manager to serve as the primary point of contact and right hand to our President. This is a critical role designed for a professional who thrives on organization, discretion, and operational excellence.
Your responsibility won’t just be assisting; you will be managing. We are looking for a sharp, proactive individual with at least 1+ years of administrative experience who can anticipate needs before they arise and ensure that the President’s focus remains on high-level strategy while you handle the tactical execution of the firm’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
- Manage and prioritize the President's calendar, meetings, and communications
- Serve as a professional liaison between leadership, clients, and external partners
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve logistical challenges
Operations & Process Management
- Lead the digitization and organization of firm records and filing systems
- Maintain operational workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Support internal systems and documentation processes
Communication & Documentation
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Prepare materials for meetings, client interactions, and internal initiatives
Data & Administrative Management
- Maintain and audit Excel spreadsheets and internal data systems
- Ensure data accuracy across client records and operational documents
- Manage office inventory, vendor coordination, and administrative logistics
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1 year of administrative, office management, or related experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, formatting, formulas) and Microsoft Word (mail merges, professional templates)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred
- Experience supporting executives or leadership teams
- Experience with CRM systems or database management
- Interest in business operations, management, or financial services

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour.
Performance Incentives: Potential for commission based on firm-wide goals.
