Clover Speech and Language Therapy is a small, therapist-owned contracting company specializing in school-based services. We're passionate about creating positive, lasting change in the lives of students—and we’re growing!

We're seeking dedicated, enthusiastic SLPs and/or Clinical Fellow to join our supportive team and provide high-quality services to students in grades K–8th for the 2026-2027 school year. This small K-8 school in Philly is wonderful, has great staff and a manageable student population.

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF)

Location: Full time or part time Philadelphia

Type: 1099 or W2

Compensation: Up to $75/hour (CCCs) up to $65/hour (CF)

Schedule: Flexible | Full-time & Part-time options available

Environment: K-8 School

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active or eligible SLP license or willing to obtain
  • ASHA CCCs (or Clinical Fellow pursuing CCCs)
  • School-based experience is a plus but not required
  • Passion for working with children and collaborating with school teams

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities in patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
  • Provide therapy sessions that focus on improving communication skills, including articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support the patient's development in various settings, including schools and clinics.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and therapy outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and families about speech-language disorders and effective strategies for improvement.
  • Stay current with advancements in the field through continuous professional development.
