Marketing and Advertising Flex Position

In the marketing role, you’ll work closely with the current part-time marketing person, the owner and studio manager to develop promotions, communications, and campaigns that foster our mission and promote an unmatched customer experience. This opportunity is ideal for creative, positive, and customer-oriented candidates, desiring a part time role or additional experience to add to their skill set.

Technical preferences include familiarity with:

o Marketing

o Customer service

 The following technologies and programs:

- Canva

- MailChimp

- Zoom

- Social Media- FB/IG

- YouTube

- QuickTime (or other video editing software)

- Google programs

Projects Entail:

o Check and develop posts for Facebook & IG and other platforms

- Respond to messages

- Respond to comments on posts

o Post to Facebook & IG 

o Download Zoom recordings, trim (if needed), upload to YouTube and help build YouTube channel content

As needed Tasks/Projects Entail:

o Publish Mailchimp newsletter

- Intro

- News

- Upcoming Programs

- Classes

- Wellness Services

As needed you may:

o Work with Management Team to determine birthday club gifts. Document promotions issued on spreadsheet.

o Create new event covers for classes, programs, on-demand offerings

o Create new events/classes in Facebook

o Add people to Mailchimp list-serv and send newsletter

o Other projects as assigned
