Location: Remote (Must be able to travel to Richmond, VA for quarterly in-person meetings at own expense)

Duration: 12-month contract with possibility for extension or conversion

Compensation: $25–$30/hour
 

Schedule Options

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

OR

• Friday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

About the Role

CDW is seeking an Entry Level ServiceNow Consultant to join our ServiceNow Solutions team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of cloud-based digital workflow solutions that help organizations optimize enterprise operations.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build technical expertise on the ServiceNow platform while supporting customer implementations. Over time, you will grow into a lead role responsible for driving successful technical deployments and delivering measurable value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate, design, and deliver ServiceNow-based solutions aligned with customer requirements and technical best practices
  • Support implementation of digital workflows using ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Collaborate in the creation, deployment, and maintenance of technical standards and best practices
  • Ensure all technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high quality, and delivered on time
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Professional and Managed Services processes
  • Support the evolution of internal capabilities, expertise, and solution portfolios
  • Accurately track time and maintain an up-to-date calendar of project activities
  • Manage multiple client relationships post-implementation
  • Support successful customer adoption and long-term platform value
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Day-to-Day Work

You will provide subject matter and technical support for ServiceNow implementations, helping customers adopt and maximize their use of the platform. This role involves working across multiple projects and collaborating with internal teams to deliver scalable workflow solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (CIS / CSA preferred)
  • JavaScript
  • HTML / CSS
  • ITIL Foundations
  • Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Domain Testing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in cloud platforms and enterprise workflow solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Work Location Requirements

This is a remote role. However, team members are required to attend quarterly in-person meetings in Richmond, VA. Travel to these meetings will be self-funded.
