IR Rad Tech - Day&Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • - Participate in high quality patient care imaging in IR Department.
  • - Obtain optimal radiographs.
  • - Assist physician in aseptic environment.
  • - Monitor patients during procedures.
  • - Set up sterile equipment.
  • - Operate fluoroscopic equipment.
  • - Administer contrast dye.
  • - Maintain and troubleshoot equipment.

Certifications/Requirements

  • - ARRT certification in Radiography required.
  • - ARRT Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) post-primary certification preferred.
  • - BLS certification.

Experience

  • - Graduate of accredited radiologic technology program.
  • - ARRT-eligible.
  • - 1+ years clinical radiographic experience.
  • - Anatomy and pathology knowledge required.
