Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Southbury, CT . This role is responsible for supporting daily sales operations, ensuring accurate order processing, and helping create a positive, high-performing team environment. You will work closely with Sales, and Operations, to ensure smooth order flow and an excellent customer experience.

 

In addition, this position will serve as an Administrative Assistant, supporting leadership with daily calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointment accommodations, and assisting with travel arrangements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities including order processing and executive scheduling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively support customers, leadership, Sales, and Operations
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate order entry, documentation, and calendar coordination
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently
  • Comfortable using computer systems for order management, scheduling, reporting, and general administrative tasks
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence
  • Experience in manufacturing, operations, or administrative support is a plus but not required
